Privacy-requirements
All RSNA employees should consider themselves data stewards. RSNA members and customers provide us with a lot of personally identifiable information (PII) and entrust us with its care. We should protect it as well as we protect our own data.
When we share PII with any external party, we must make sure that they also act in the PII’s best interest and take care to protect it. To do that, RSNA has a process to evaluate risk and if necessary, craft a data protection agreement so that third parties are contractually bound to take care of the data we hold in stewardship with the same level of care.
This privacy information is included in the RSNA Content Standards and Guidelines because it may influence how the Marketing and Communications Division works with RSNA departments to execute tactics.
For more information, reference RSNA’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
