RSNA 2018 Outstanding Educator and Researcher to be Awarded to Yousem and Meltzer
Recipients demonstrate significant contributions and a long-term commitment to radiologic education and research.
During RSNA 2018, David M. Yousem, MD, MBA will be honored as the Outstanding Educator and Carolyn C. Meltzer, MD will be honored as the Outstanding Researcher. They will receive their awards during Sunday morning's plenary session, Nov. 25 at 8:30 a.m. in the Arie Crown Theater.
2018 Outstanding Educator, David M. Yousem, MD, MBA, is a world-renowned neuroradiologist, respected educator, mentor, author and researcher whose visionary approach to teaching has led to a new generation of technology-driven education models.
2018 Outstanding Researcher, Carolyn C. Meltzer, MD, is an internationally recognized neuroradiologist and nuclear physician with a special interest in late-life neuropsychiatric disorders who has significantly influenced the field with her research work.
