3D SIG Showcase: RSNA 2024

The RSNA 3D Special Interest Group invites you to showcase your 3D printing work at RSNA 2024.  This year the SIG is excited to have a booth in the technical exhibit area and its purpose is to create awareness for the SIG and show off your work. This is an opportunity to share your experience, innovations, and challenges in creating 3D printed anatomical models and anatomical guides. The showcase will serve as a hub to meet others with similar interests, mentor and be mentored through discussions on the challenging aspects of 3D printing.

Each model should be no larger than 12x12x12 inches. Larger models will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Each institution can submit up to three models, although the SIG may need to limit the number of models if demand is high.  Please complete a form to submit your case. Please complete a form for each case you wish to submit. The booth will contain locked glass display cases that will house the models and a one-page synopsis of the case that will accompany each submission.

If you would like to participate, the models should ideally be displayed on-site for the majority of the RSNA meeting, from Sunday, Dec. 1 (technical exhibits open at 10:00 a.m. CT) until the afternoon on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024 when the technical exhibits close.  Models must be retrieved prior to the technical exhibits closing at 5:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday to avoid being discarded.

This opportunity is open to RSNA SIG members only. Entries must be submitted by Oct. 18, 2024 to be allocated display space.

New this year, the 3D SIG Showcase will host a daily event known as the Showcase Noon Hour, highlighting a different 3D printed case each day and providing hands-on interaction with the models. Visitors to the showcase can also participate in the Top Model Competition by voting for their favorite 3D printed model.
