To show our appreciation for agency efforts to streamline orders and ensure timely payments, we award commission for all subscription orders for Radiology, Radiology Legacy Collection, RadioGraphics, RadioGraphics Legacy Collection, Radiology: Artificial Intelligence, Radiology: Cardiothoracic Imaging and Radiology: Imaging Cancer. 

Commission is not offered for Read and Publish agreements. 

RSNA offers individual and institutional subscriptions. Institutional subscription pricing is based on institution type and size. To request a new or renewal quote, please contact license@rsna.org or one of our territory sales managers:

To streamline the quote process, please provide the following information in your request:

• Type of institution (e.g. academic, hospital, research institute, corporate, etc.)
• Name and full address of institution
• Site administrator name and contact information
• Institution website
• Total number of FTEs (full-time employees) and number of relevant FTEs/users
• Number of sites, if multiple
• Full name and address of each site and corresponding number of beds for hospitals
• IP ranges (required for online access)
• Titles requested
• Anticipated license or subscription start date
• Indicate if the quote is for a renewal or a new site license or subscription
• Account ID# (if the customer is a current subscriber)

RSNA licenses

RSNA licenses grant expanded user rights and are available to all subscribers. Academic consortia, hospital systems, research institutes, private practices, state or national libraries, government agencies, corporations and institutions with multiple physical locations are required to license RSNA content.

To request a new or renewal license quote, please provide the following required information to license@rsna.org:

• Type of institution (e.g. academic, hospital, research institute, corporate, etc.)
• Name and full address of institution
• Site administrator name and contact information
• Total number of FTEs (full-time employees) and number of relevant FTEs/users
• Number of sites, if multiple
• Full name and address of each site and corresponding number of beds for hospitals

Free online trials

RSNA offers a free online trial with usage statistics for all libraries. Complete and submit the online journals trial form to request 90 days of free, unlimited access to Radiology, Radiology Legacy Collection, RadioGraphics, RadioGraphics Legacy Collection, Radiology: Artificial Intelligence, Radiology: Cardiothoracic Imaging, and Radiology: Imaging Cancer for a customer.

Order fulfillment

To ensure that subscription orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner, all orders must include the following information:

• RSNA customer number (renewal orders)
• End user name and full address
• End user email (required for online access)
• Shipping address
• Publication title (Radiology, Radiology Legacy Collection, RadioGraphics, RadioGraphics Legacy Collection, Radiology: Artificial Intelligence, Radiology: Cardiothoracic Imaging and Radiology: Imaging Cancer)
• Subscription start and end date
• Subscription type (individual, tier 1, tier 2, tier 3, tier 4, or license/multisite)
• Amount paid (clearly indicate payment amount of each order)

Payments

Payments may be made by check (in U.S. currency and drawn on a U.S. bank), credit card or wire transfer. Credit card payments should be faxed to our secure line at 1-630-571-2198. All payments must be made in U.S. currency. RSNA does not charge sales tax; however, subscribers may be responsible for taxes as specified in their country of residence.

New order policy

All new subscription orders require subscriber names and addresses to ensure the correct placement of these institutions in RSNA’s pricing tiers.

To avoid delay in journal content delivery, please keep in mind that RSNA will not process orders if the subscriber name, mailing address or email address is missing from the order. We appreciate your help in serving our mutual clients.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of RSNA journals is accepted within 90 days of the order. All refunds will be prorated to the date of cancellation notice.

Stay informed about new developments by signing up for our agent newsletter. Our email newsletter is sent twice a year and contains journal announcements, information about new products and services, and other useful information.

Brochures

We are pleased to provide agents with marketing materials for our publications. Promotional print brochures of our publications are available free of charge and can be used at conferences and meetings with current and potential subscribers.

To request materials, please contact us at license@rsna.org and allow four to six weeks for processing and shipping. You can also access a digital version of the brochure.
