Clinical Trials Methodology Workshop (CTMW)

Acquire the tools you need to develop protocols and become a funded, principal investigator for imaging clinical trials during the Clinical Trials Methodology Workshop (CTMW).
During this intensive, highly successful course, participants will gain insight into writing trials that evaluate novel imaging or image-guided interventions and will learn how to design sound clinical trials and protocols.
Experienced faculty members will lead interactive didactic sessions, one-on-one mentoring and small-group discussions with trial experts and biostatisticians. Plus, faculty will prepare participants for the course ahead of time.

CTMW workshop testimonials
2023 participants
"I had almost no research background when I first started as a junior faculty member, and the CTMW was my first formal training in research methodology. With the lessons I learned, I was able to get my first intramural grant and really kick start my academic career!"
"For anyone seriously considering prospective clinical imaging research, there is no better way to provide the necessary groundwork than the CTMW program. With the support and guidance of the small group faculty members, I was able to complete my first clinical trial protocol. After completing the course, I secured external funding for the project and have begun to implement this protocol at my home institution. I cannot recommend this course enough!"
