Important dates
Jan. 1 to Dec. 31
RSNA membership extends Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, regardless of when you join.
Nov. 15
Final date to apply for a new RSNA membership for the current year.
Nov. 16
RSNA begins accepting applications for next year’s membership (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 of next year).
Application process for new members
To complete the application process, please complete the following steps:
Step one
Select your desired membership package and apply online, or complete the membership application (PDF) and send to RSNA (with payment, if applicable).
Step two
Log in to your RSNA account and upload the required verification:
- Copy of your current CV
- View sample CV
- Some non-physician membership categories will require additional verification. RSNA staff will reach out via email for any further requirements.
- Trainee and student applicants must provide a completed and signed program verification form.
Some institutions will cover the cost of your membership dues. If this applies to you, download the membership justification letter (PDF) and use it to speak with your institution.
Refund Policy
Requests for a membership or subscription refund must be within 30 days of payment date. The member or subscriber forfeits the right to a refund if they have used benefits within the brief activated period.
