The price for Virtual Access depends on your RSNA membership type and package. View the RSNA 2024 registration rates for members to find your specific price.

The Full Access membership package offers exclusive lounge access at RSNA 2024, including:

In Person & Virtual

This package provides the full meeting experience. Bonus! In-person registration includes Virtual Access for RSNA members.

What’s included: Access to eligible programming at McCormick Place, the Technical Exhibits and Virtual Access to nearly 100% of all programming until April 30, 2025.

Virtual Only

This package provides Virtual Access to nearly 100% of all eligible programming until April 30, 2025, noon CT.

Technical Exhibits Only Pass

The Technical Exhibits Only Pass provides full access to the Technical Exhibits and industry presentations at McCormick Place from Dec 1–4. The Technical Exhibits Pass does not include access to educational programming.

In Person Only

This package provides meeting attendance at McCormick Place for non-members.

Yes! There will be a variety of activities and meeting add-ons available to attendees, such as the 5k Fun Run, RSNA Hands-On and Deep Learning Labs, the RSNA After Dark party, Camp RSNA and more.

• Name changes are not allowed. New registration and payment are required.
• Registrations are non-transferable.
• All registration cancellations must be made in writing to RSNA@xpressreg.net by Nov. 1 to receive a refund of paid fees.
• Registration cancellations received by Nov. 1 will result in a refund of paid fees, minus a $50 administrative fee.
• Refund requests received after Nov. 1 will not be accepted nor refunded.
• No refunds will be issued for registration packages purchased and not used.
• The cancellation and refund policy applies to additional registration items purchases, including hands-on course fees, Bistro RSNA tickets and RSNA After Dark tickets.
• 5k Fun Run fees and RSNA Research and Education (R&E) Foundation donations are tax deductible and benefit the R&E Foundation. All Fun Run fees and donations are non-refundable.

Yes. Non-member registration categories of student, resident/trainee and radiology support personnel require verification to be processed. Badge classification is subject to RSNA approval and category or rate change.

These categories require a business card, a letter from hospital administration stating your role in radiology, a valid RT license or student ID copy. Upload is required during online registration. If verification qualifies you for a different registration category, the registration will automatically be reclassified and you will be charged the appropriate fee.

Registration is subject to cancellation if verification is not provided within five business days after registration.

Yes. Group registration opens July 26 and will be available on our group registration page.

RSNA’s trusted meeting registration vendor

CDS is RSNA’s only certified registration vendor for RSNA 2024. Before beginning the registration process, you will be prompted to log in to your RSNA account from RSNA.org and will continue the rest of the process through CDS. You will then receive a confirmation email from @xpressreg.net.

RSNA’s trusted travel partner

onPeak is the only RSNA 2024 certified hotel partner. When you reserve your hotel through RSNA, your reservation is secure.

To reserve your hotel room through onPeak, visit RSNA’s official hotel page, click “Reserve your 2024 hotel” and continue to onPeak’s website to finish the reservation process.

RSNA has not authorized other travel companies. Don't risk sharing your credit card or personal information with unauthorized hotel solicitors or fraudulent travel websites.
