    Unofficial Meeting Solicitation      

    10/4: It has come to our attention that a company (Source Group) in Tucson, AZ has been contacting RSNA exhibitors soliciting advertising space in their publication, Radiology News Daily.  Please be aware this company and publication is not affiliated with RSNA.    
     
    Note it is against RSNA’s hotel agreement to distribute materials at these properties during RSNA 2012.  We caution you about this activity and encourage you to check with us directly if you have any doubts about communications or offerings made in connection with your RSNA participation. Should you have any questions, please contact RSNA Technical Exhibits Services at exhibits@rsna.org  
     

    Target Floor Plan Released

    9/14: With the assistance of our general contractor, Freeman, the RSNA 2012 target move-in assignments have been set to give exhibiting companies the maximum set-up time possible to construct your exhibit within the scheduled move-in dates.

    NEW: Exhibitor Product Theater

    6/26: This is a new feature of the RSNA Technical Exhibition where exhibitors can promote their product or service outside of their exhibit booth.  Additional, the presentation will be streamed to the RSNA 2012 Virtual Meeting attendees and recorded for on-demand viewing.  Three 45-minute sessions will be available per day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  >> Click here for additional information.

    NEW: Premium Exhibitor Listing

    6/26: The online RSNA Exhibitor Listing has been enhanced for 2012 with a new look and new capabilities.  Each exhibitor will receive a complimentary Bronze listing and can upgrade to Silver or Gold listing.  A Silver or Gold listing would give exhibitors the ability to post feature products/services, videos, PDFs and more.  Additional, all Silver and Gold listings will be featured in the RSNA 2012 Virtual Meeting Website which was accessed by over 3,000 visitors in 2011.  >>Click here for complete details.  

    June Exhibitor Planning Meeting

    6/26: RSNA held its Exhibitor Planning Meeting and Webinar in Oak Brook, IL on June 26 at the RSNA headquarters office. About 40 attendees participated in person at the Oak Brook office and another 80 participated online via its webinar offering. Agenda included:

    • RSNA and Technical Exhibition Review
    • Update from RSNA contractors: McCormick Place, Freeman, GES Electrical, Bistro RSNA and Experient
    • Announcement of New Exhibitor Program:  Exhibitor Product Theater, Premium Exhibitor Listing, RSNA Plaza Rental and MobileConnect
    • Review the upcoming Exhibitor Service Kit and Important Dates for RSNA 2012
    • Release Space Assignments

    Exhibitor Planning Meeting: June 26, 2012

    On Tuesday, June 26, RSNA exhibitors are invited to the RSNA Headquarter Office in Oak Brook, IL for the RSNA Exhibitor Planning Meeting and Luncheon from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Luncheon will follow, sponsored by the Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau.) For those unable to attend in person, this planning meeting will available via a webinar through WebEx.

    The preliminary agenda includes:

    • RSNA and Technical Exhibition review
    • Contractor update
    • Learn about Bistro RSNA opportunities
    • Preview the RSNA 2012 Virtual Meeting
    • Space assignments are released
