    Target Move-in Assignments

    Ruled Line

With the assistance of our general contractor, Freeman, the RSNA 2012 target move-in assignments have been set to give exhibiting companies the maximum set-up time possible to construct your exhibit within the scheduled move-in dates. Target assignments are based on exhibit size and complexity, proximity to freight doors, impact on surrounding exhibitors, and the overall movement of freight within the exhibit hall. Companies with a freeform exhibit (20x20 or larger) have been assigned a target move-in date between Monday, November 19 and Wednesday, November 21.  General installation will take place on Friday, November 23 and Saturday, November 24. All booths must be show ready by 9:00 a.m. Sunday, November 25.  Click here to view the complete meeting schedule.

Target Move-In Assignments are as follows:
    >> Booths   100 - 2499, Lakeside Center, Hall D
    >> Booths 2500 - 6999, South Building, Hall A
    >> Booths 7000 - 9599, North Building, Hall B

Trucks can begin checking in at the marshalling yard two-hours prior to your target move-in assignment.  Your freight target is the date / time that your freight must arrive at McCormick Place.  Your target date / time is for check-in only and does not necessarily represent the time you will be unloaded.  Please allow up to 4 hours for complete unloading of your freight from the time the unloading process begins.  Please schedule your labor accordingly.

    • 7:00 a.m. targets will begin to be unloaded by 11:00 a.m.
    • 11:00 a.m. targets will begin to be unloaded by 3:00 p.m.
