When is the deadline to make a hotel reservation for RSNA 2025?
The deadline to reserve your RSNA 2025 hotel room through RSNA is Nov. 12, 2025.
Is a hotel deposit required when reserving a hotel room?
A declined credit card may result in a canceled hotel reservation. For more information, please email RSNA@onpeaksupport.com.
What is the 2025 reservation cancellation policy?
Beginning Oct. 25, 2025, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax. Early departures will result in the loss of one night's room and tax.
In the event that the RSNA annual meeting is canceled, all attendees who reserved using the official RSNA hotel block will have their rooms automatically canceled and deposits fully refunded.
How do I modify my RSNA 2025 hotel reservation?

Before Nov. 12, 2025
You can change your reservation online or by contacting RSNA@onpeaksupport.com. Name changes and/or swapping of room reservations is not allowed.
- Between Nov. 13–17, 2025
Reservations and deposits will be transferred from onPeak to the hotels. Reservations cannot be changed during this period.
- After Nov. 17, 2025
Contact the hotel directly for date changes and room cancellations. Room availability is not guaranteed and rates are at the hotel’s discretion. If you cancel your reservation directly with the hotel, write down the date and time of your call and the name of the person with whom you spoke. Be sure to request a cancellation number.
Failure to check in at the hotel on your scheduled arrival day will result in forfeiture of your reservation and hotel deposit. The hotel may be able to accommodate you on a space available basis.

How do I make a hotel reservation?
You can reserve a hotel room by logging in to our reservation site.
RSNA offers a variety of hotel accommodations at discounted rates. Reserve your room early—the selection of hotel rooms may become limited closer to the date of the meeting.
Am I able to receive my hotel reward points when I make my reservation through RSNA?
You can still earn reward points with your preferred hotel chain when you reserve a room in an official RSNA hotel block. Simply enter your reward or frequent guest number when making your reservation through our online system.
What is the hotel tax rate?
Rates do not include a 17.4% Chicago hotel tax rate (subject to change).
Group attendee hotel options
When you reserve your hotel through RSNA, your reservation is secure. onPeak is the only RSNA certified hotel partner.

Will there be a shuttle service from my hotel to McCormick Place?
Complimentary shuttle service will be offered between official RSNA annual meeting hotels and McCormick Place for the duration of the annual meeting. Hotel shuttles will pick up and drop off at official hotels, or within a short walking distance, allowing the shuttle routes to be as efficient as possible. Detailed transportation information will be available before the event.
What if I want to come early or stay after the meeting?
We encourage our attendees to take advantage of all Chicago has to offer! Exclusive, discounted hotel rates are available for multi-night reservations before, during and after the meeting so you can make the most of your visit.
Are my special requests guaranteed when I make a reservation?
All special requests are handled at the discretion of the hotel. When making your reservation, please provide any special requests you have in the comment section. Requests cannot be guaranteed until check-in.
