    What are the exhibit hours for RSNA 2013?
    The hours of the RSNA Technical Exhibition are:
    Sunday, December 1 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    Monday, December 2 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    Tuesday, December 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    Wednesday, December 4 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    Thursday, December 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

    When is the final payment due?
    Final payment is due on August 9. Any balance not paid by August 9 will be subject to space reassignment and a loss of four priority points toward the RSNA 2014 Annual Meeting.

    How do I update my exhibitor listing?
    The RSNA Technical Exhibition will be promoted online, mobile and in print.  Exhibitors have the ability to modify/review their company profile online on or about June 26. In addition, each company will be able to upgrade their exhibitor listing to include company logo, product descriptions and images, pdfs, videos and social media links.

    Do I need to submit a floor plan for approval?
    All companies exhibiting with a freeform, peninsula or mobile booth is required to submit a floor plan for approval by Friday, September 6. Your floor plans will be reviewed for general conformities to Rule 9, Exhibit Design.

    Who is the general contractor?
    Freeman is the general contractor.  You can contact Freeman at 1-773-473-7080 or FreemanChicagoES@freemanco.com.

    Can I set up my own booth?  

    Yes.  In 2011, McCormick Place established a McCormick Place Exhibitor Bill of Rights.  Exhibitors may now perform work in a booth of any size.  You can work within your booth using your own ladders or hand tools, cordless tools, power tools and other tools designated by McCormick Place. In addition to the work currently performed, you may also begin performing the following work within your booth:

    • Setting up and dismantling exhibits;
    • Assembling and disassembling materials, machinery or equipment;
    • Installing all signs, graphics, props, other decorative items and Exhibitor drapery, including the skirting of Exhibitor tables;
    • Delivering, setting up, plugging in, interconnecting and operating the Exhibitor's electrical equipment, computers, audio-visual devices and other equipment;
    • Skidding, positioning and re-skidding all Exhibitor materials, machinery and equipment using non-motorized hand trucks and dollies;
    • An exhibitor and exhibitor employees are prohibited at any time from using scooters, forklift, pallet jacks, condors, scissor lifts, scaffolding, motorized dollies, or similar motorized or hydraulic equipment on McCormick Place premises.

    What is an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)?
    An EAC is any contractor other than official RSNA contractors for labor, supervision or any other service. Requests to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor must be submitted on or before October 18. No requests, addenda or substitutions received after that deadline will be approved. Only requests from exhibitors (not EACs) will be considered.  EAC registration will begin on July 15.

    Can we hang a sign or banner?
    Hanging of signs, banners or exhibit components from the exhibit hall ceiling is prohibited. All Free-Form exhibits must submit a floor plan and signed Agreement Form before September 6th.

    How do we order an Internet connection for our booth?
    All Internet service connections for RSNA 2013 are to be contracted through RSNA only. Remember to take advantage of the RSNAnet Early-Bird Deadline of September 27, 2013. The RSNAnet Order Form will be found in the RSNA Exhibitor Service Kit beginning July 15. 

    What giveaway items are allowed during the meeting?
    Any item being distributed during RSNA is to be straightforward, professional and noncombative in nature. Small token gifts, which are not worn or displayed, and may be carried in the pocket of an attendee are acceptable. Such token gifts must meet AMA ethics guidelines and should not be of substantial value. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to receive prior approval for any handout/novelty item that may be questionable in nature. Please review the RSNA Giveaway Request Form to be found in the Exhibitor Service beginning July 15. 

    Can we conduct a raffle or drawing at our booth?
    Yes. Drawings, raffles and lotteries may be conducted at RSNA 2013. The total monetary value of all prizes awarded by any single exhibitor may not exceed $1,000. Please review the RSNA Raffle Request Form to be found in the Exhibitor Service Kit beginning July 15. 

    Can I rent the RSNA 2013 Registration List?
    Yes. The RSNA 2013 Registration Lists are available by confirmed 2013 exhibitors. The cost is 12 cents per name with a minimum order of $75.00. Only mailing data is available for purchase. Please remember to include a sample-mailing piece when submitting your request form. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing approvals. The RSNA Registration List Request Form will be found in the Exhibitor Service Kit beginning July 15. 

    When will we receive our exhibitor badges?
    The advance exhibitor registration deadline in order for badges to be mailed in advance is Wednesday, November 6 at 5:00 PM CST. Online registration does not close and will remain open throughout the meeting.  Badges requested after November 6 can be picked up at McCormick Place at Exhibitor Registration.  If you need additional information, you can contact RSNA Registration at reginfo@rsna.org or 1-630-571-7852.

    When can we set up our booth?
    All exhibitors can begin the set-up of their booth on Friday, November 29 at 8:00 A.M. Exhibits must be substantially completed by 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 30 and show-ready by 9:00 am Sunday, December 1. Companies with a free-form exhibit (20' x 20' or larger) will be scheduled a target move-in assignment between Monday, November 25 and Wednesday, November 27. These assignments will be released on or about September 16 via the RSNA annual meeting website.
