  • Affiliate Function Space

  • Medical associations, institutions and hospitals may request function space at any of the RSNA contracted hotels or at McCormick Place for the purpose of social events and small committee meetings.

    • All requests are on a first-come, first-served basis and require prior approval from RSNA.
    • Presentation of educational symposia or other scientific program activities are prohibited.
    • Functions must not conflict with the official RSNA programming.
    • A representative from your organization must be registered for the RSNA Annual Meeting.
    • Confirmation of meeting space at hotels may take up to two weeks from the date received. For functions held at McCormick Place, meeting space assignments will be assigned in mid-September.

    To submit an announcement for posting on the RSNA Event Calendar before or during the annual meeting, complete the Affiliate Function Submission Form.
